L&rsquo;objectif des \u00e9tudes <em>in vitro<\/em> est de rechercher les influences potentielles de tels champs, et de les isoler d&rsquo;autres types d&rsquo;influence. Toutefois, elles pr\u00e9sentent un inconv\u00e9nient majeur: les tissus ou les cellules sont retir\u00e9s de leur environnement naturel, \u00e9liminant du m\u00eame coup les interactions et les m\u00e9canismes de protection avec l&rsquo;organisme donneur. De plus, l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 des champs est souvent plus importante que lors des expositions en condition normale.
