Anthonissen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9ventuels effets canc\u00e9rig\u00e8nes des champs magn\u00e9tiques d&rsquo;extr\u00eamement basse fr\u00e9quence (CM-EBF) sont toujours actuellement un sujet de d\u00e9bat et de controverse. Etant donn\u00e9 que la canc\u00e9rogen\u00e8se est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement li\u00e9e \u00e0 des effets g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques (mutation), il est tr\u00e8s important de mener des \u00e9tudes sur les <strong>effets g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques induits par les EBF<\/strong>. Pour la p\u00e9riode 2001 \u00e0 2005, les recherches de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe ont \u00e9t\u00e9 principalement orient\u00e9es vers (1) l&rsquo;analyse selon la technique \u00a0\u00bb comet assay \u00a0\u00bb sur des cellules c\u00e9r\u00e9brales et sanguines de souris expos\u00e9es \u00e0 des champs magn\u00e9tiques EBF et (2) les effets de la co-exposition aux champs magn\u00e9tiques 50 Hz avec une substance aneug\u00e9nique (par exemple un agent chimique qui augmente la quantit\u00e9 de cellules pr\u00e9sentant un nombre anormal de chromosomes).<\/p>\n<p>Nous n&rsquo;avons pas mis en \u00e9vidence des dommages g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques importants faisant suite \u00e0 des niveaux d&rsquo;exposition relativement importants, mais toutefois, des changements subtils sont apparus. Ces changements impliquent des dommages au niveau de l&rsquo;ADN ainsi que des changements dans le profil d&rsquo;expression des g\u00e8nes et la prolif\u00e9ration cellulaire.<\/p>\n<p>D&rsquo;une mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, nos observations ne sont pas suffisantes pour permettre des conclusions allant dans le sens d&rsquo;effets n\u00e9fastes sur la sant\u00e9 de l&rsquo;homme des champs de fr\u00e9quence extr\u00eamement faible.[\/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading text=\u00a0\u00bb1999-2000&Prime; font_container=\u00a0\u00bbtag:h3|text_align:left|color:%233f3f3f\u00a0\u00bb use_theme_fonts=\u00a0\u00bbyes\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column_text]<strong>L. Anthonissen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre du contrat de recherche actuel nous avons poursuivi notre \u00e9tude concernant les effets des champs \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques d&rsquo;extr\u00eames basses fr\u00e9quences (ELF) sur la prolif\u00e9ration cellulaire.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude concerne donc les effets des champs magn\u00e9tiques EBF sur la formation du sang et la prolif\u00e9ration cellulaire. L&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re nous avons observ\u00e9, une r\u00e9duction de la prolif\u00e9ration et de la diff\u00e9renciation des pr\u00e9curseurs des granulocytes-macrophages (CFU-GM) apr\u00e8s expositions de cellules de la moelle osseuse de souris aux champs magn\u00e9tiques EBF. Des r\u00e9sultats similaires mais moins convaincants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9s dans les cellules stromales (CFU-f). Cette ann\u00e9e l&rsquo;\u00e9tude a port\u00e9 sur des cellules humaines \u00e0 partir de sang ombilical. Nous n&rsquo;avons pu d\u00e9montrer un effet \u00e9vident des champs magn\u00e9tiques EBF.
